 | “Deva” is a detached residence, conveniently situated on the level and in the centre of Llandudno, being about 10 minutes’ walk from both the promenades of the North Shore and the West Shore. It is close to the railway station, as well as the shops, restaurants and amenities associated with this very popular seaside town.
There are just three flats in all – one on the first floor, and two on the ground floor. When the property was converted into self-contained flats, all were given their own totally separate entrances, and the latest guidelines were strictly adhered to, such as soundproofing between floors – resulting in a very quiet house.
One car per flat is guaranteed a parking space in our car park. |
No 1 – First Floor
Individual entrance to self-contained two bedroomed apartment equipped for up to four adults, having a comfortable lounge with colour television and video, an all electric fitted kitchen with dining table for four, and microwave oven in addition to cooker with extractor hood, and fridge. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in washbasins, and there are two toilets – one in the bathroom (with the bath and overhead shower) and one next-door to the bathroom.
No 2 – Front Ground Floor
Individual entrance to ground floor self-contained one bedroomed apartment, equipped for two adults, having a comfortable lounge with colour television and video, an all electric fitted kitchen, with microwave oven in addition to the cooker with extractor hood, fridge, and a dining table for two. The bedroom has two single beds and a built-in washbasin, and the tiled bathroom has a bath with shower overhead. |  |

Individual entrance to ground floor self-contained one-bedroomed apartment, equipped for 2 adults, having a comfortable lounge with colour television and video, and patio doors opening onto a walled patio area. The all electric kitchen has a dining table for two, fridge, cooker with extractor hood, and a microwave oven. The spacious bedroom has a double bed. The tiled bathroom has a bath with shower overhead, and toilet and washbasin.
(We have a patio table and two chairs, to enhance your enjoyment of your own private patio. Keen gardeners are welcome to do any pruning, etc!)
All flats have 50p meters for the electricity. |
